Peterman Brothers was awesome! I had a reverse osmosis system installed under my kitchen sink. From the time I called, they were able to set an appointment within 2 days. The technician that came out was named Josh. He called ahead of time and was here on time. He was very personable and kind. He did a very good job and the install looks very professional. He showed me how to use the system and change the filters. Working with Peterman and Josh was an enjoyable experience!

Called Peterman Bros to replace a broken part in our furnace. Our technician Dan W was amazing - he was kind, upfront and honest with us about what needed to be done with the furnace and gave us plenty of options to choose from so we could decide on a plan that worked with our budget. He also did an amazing job checking in with us and explaining everything throughout the entire process. We’re super happy we decided to contact Peterman and look forward to working with them again!

David and Dakota from Peterman Brothers unclogged our main sewer line on the coldest day of winter for us! They are both extremely professional and did an excellent job! Very highly recommended 100%+++

So like any normal furnace, it waited to act up until it was the coldest weather of the year. And let me tell you, I am beyond pleased with the service I received. This was my first time contacting anyone for my furnace and I was able to make my initial appointment online since it was after hours when I called(Tuesday). I immediately received a confirmation for my appointment. Loved it, too easy. On Thursday, I received a text from the company verifying that 8am was a good time for a technician to come out on Friday. 1. I was happy that they had an opening so quick. 2. I was surprised that they were going to be there so early! Ryan was the technician and he was great. He took his time doing everything that was needed. (Sorry the garage was so cold). That day he cleaned the blower wheel, unfortunately that didn’t completely fix it although it did need a good cleaning. It was still overheating and locking out. Ryan then took a deeper look into it and found issues with the evaporator coil and secondary heat exchanger. Also, he took pictures of everything which was great. He was very patient and was great at explaining what was wrong and what my options were. We scheduled another appointment for him to come back. Ryan came back out today, 1.29, with Dan to finish with the evaporator coil and secondary heat exchanger. Everything was fast and efficient. Ryan and Dan were both great at communication and they even ensured that there was nothing left in the vents from previous installers. I am very pleased with the experience and ease of everything, it definitely helped take some of the stress off. I would highly recommend calling them for any of your problems! Exceeds expectations.

Jeff arrived at our home right on time, he was very informative and helpful in explaining how our GEO thermal unit actually works and did a thorough inspection of our unit and had several ideas to on how to make it run even better….our house has had a rotten egg odor for a while now and we found a couple curprits that could be causing it…this gross hose below for one and a semi clogged drain….I really appreciate all the information I received from him…he was very courteous and informative…thank you Jeff!.

I just wanted to commend Andrew. He came today & checked out my furnace & he was very kind & knowledgeable. He told me that it's working right now but didn't know how long it would last, he explained what the good & bad was about my gas furnace. I'm on a very fixed income & at this time I couldn't afford a new furnace install. If & when I do I would call Peterman Brothers. Our tech Alec was friendly, solved the problem and presented numerous solutions beyond the main drain cleaning conducted that day. It was nice that he presented these options without pushing a sale. Their membership is also a great deal for anyone whose home needs regular maintenance. My family will be doing business with the Peterman Brothers from here on...

It was a great experience. My technician David was great. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond just meeting my need. He made sure to ask if I have any questions and was respectful in his presentation and quote. The communication from the company as far as timing and availability was A+ and they were flexible in working with me on time of arrival. Overall, between the technician’s service, fair pricing, and company communication my experience was excellent.
